Ideation Phase:

In the ideation phase, I compiled a comprehensive feature list based on user personas’ needs and our overarching goal. This list included:

  • Homepage:
    • Hero section with slogan "Seamless Process, Desirable Outcomes."

    • Service highlights, client testimonials, and clear CTAs.

  • Property Management Services:
    • Detailed service descriptions, pricing, and secure client portal.

    • Subpages for key services like tenant screening and financial management.

For Nest & Root, I developed a clean and user-friendly website designed to enhance the client experience. The website process includes:

    • Built on WordPress using the Divi theme for flexibility and customization.
  • Tutorial Preparation:
    • A comprehensive Divi tutorial will be provided for easy website management and updates.
  • UX Design:
    • Completed a thorough UX process, including user research and analysis.
  • Prototypes:
    • Fully developed and ready to guide the website build for a seamless user experience.

This approach ensures a professional and intuitive online presence, aligning with Nest & Root's brand identity and service offerings.
